Statement of the Executive Board

 The Executive Board has issued a detailed letter of representation to the independent auditor regarding the 2024 Financial Statements. All information known to the Executive Board that is relevant for the auditor’s report on the annual report and for the assurance report on the funding information has been provided. 

The Executive Board acknowledges its responsibilities concerning the financial statements and the Executive Board’s report and everything relating thereto. This includes internal control to prevent material misstatements due to error or fraud, lawfulness and compliance with laws and regulations.
